Death of Raymond Sené

Raymond Sené published numerous articles in "Les Feuilles Marcophiles," "Relais," and "Documents philatéliques." He was a specialist in the history of financial postal services, cash-on-delivery (COD) mail, the Iris stamp type, and postal history in general.

He was also a great scientist.
